Shin Wei Cheng (Sheng) Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. It has nearly 30 years of professional machinery manufacturing experience and has a small number of diversification and a large number of sample orders. Its business scope not only provides domestic business, but also exports to Southeast Asia, Japan, the United States, Europe, and other countries.

The plant covers an area of nearly 2500 square meters, and the whole plant has 58 latest computerized automatic CNC center cutting machines, CNC lathes, CNC turning and milling machines, and DMG MORI NHX6300. Equipped with the latest CAD/CAM software technology, hydraulic and air pressure safety circuit fixture system, manpower training plan, the production process is consistent, the quality is stable, and a deep industrial foundation is laid.

Quality control, in addition to the ISO9001 international certification standard, the factory adopts the most innovative British IMS three-dimensional and MITUTOYO inspection equipment, and has a strict quality control system for incoming inspection, process inspection, independent inspection, and finished product inspection, which is deeply trusted by customers.

Facing the trend of lack of labor in the general environment, in 2018, it successfully introduced 2 sets of robotic arms, intelligent production technology, improved the working environment and greatly increased the per capita output value. With the VMX system, a heterogeneous network of machine-connected networks is built, process databases are integrated, production visualization technology is strengthened, knowing technology is strengthened, process and production real-time monitoring are optimized, and quality stability and overall machine utilization rate are improved.
